You have a 3 days exchange/return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return in Lebanon.

For international orders you have 7 days for exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that the exchange or return fees will be covered by our clients.
